• The air conditioning system in the vehicle will not operate effectively in hilly areas or when the taxi is stopped or parked.
• The vehicle will not be allowed to travel on dirt roads or areas with a high risk to passenger safety.
• Rates quoted for the service are not applicable during May, June, long weekends, and during festivals.
• Passengers should not be pressuring the driver to exceed safe speed limits.
• Any disagreements will be settled according to the laws of Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
• Passengers must comply with safety regulations in certain hill areas, which prohibit driving after sunset and playing music. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of all individuals in the area.
• Kindly be informed that if you wish to make any alterations to the tour's destination or route, it is essential to tell us beforehand. Please note that any changes made may result in a variation in rates.
• The vehicle is allowed for sightseeing within the city limits and along the designated route mentioned in the itinerary.
• For multiple pickups and drop-offs, passengers must communicate through email before booking.
• Parking fees will be charged once per place per day. If a guest wishes to revisit the same place on the same day, parking fees will apply again.
• Passengers are responsible for payment of toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes.
• Rates for the service are subject to change based on government rules and regulations, including additional GST charges.
