• Parking fees are included solely for designated stations and airports, ensuring seamless access during your Chardham Yatra pilgrimage.
• As per Government regulations, GST charges will be added to the quoted rates, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• For optimal vehicle performance during your Yatra, air conditioning will be disabled on hilly routes, prioritizing safety.
• Our vehicles are not authorized for challenging terrains, narrow paths, or unfavourable routes to ensure your well-being.
• Opting for local usage based on kilometres means calculating Start/End distances and hours from the Garage during your Chardham Yatra.
• During outstation duty, our drivers adhere to government regulations by discontinuing travel after 20:00 Hrs. and after sunset in hilly regions.
• Drivers respect safety regulations during your Yatra by adhering to speed limits outlined in the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT and prioritizing your security.
• Responsibility for paying tolls, parking, and entry fees rests with you. Please inspect the vehicle's condition before departure, as we are not liable for lost belongings.
• Sightseeing follows the specified itinerary, considering vehicle accessibility on routes during your journey.
• In the rare event of vehicle unavailability during your Chardham Yatra, Taxi retains the right to substitute for a similar vehicle.
• Any additional charges are to be paid directly to the driver in cash for your convenience during your journey.
• Timely communication is crucial for airport/railway transfers during your Chardham Yatra, allowing coordination despite traffic delays beyond our control.
• You will receive the driver's details via SMS or email five hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• We recommend inspecting the car's condition before your journey begins during your Chardham Yatra. Changes in vehicles during your trip may not be feasible.
• Disputes, if any, will be resolved exclusively under Haridwar's jurisdiction.
• Rates are not valid in May, June, September, October, weekends, or long weekends. It's recommended to verify rates before confirming your booking for your spiritual exploration.
